The Shadowpuff Girls is a team consisting out of three girls similar to the Powerpuff Girls created by Dr. X.
Bell appears in PPGD since the other girls do not.

Origin[]
The Shadowpuff Girls sit on the opposite scientific extreme to the Powerpuffs, and were presented as their first true counterparts.
The Shadowpuff Members[]
Whilst the PPG were the result of a scientific accident, the younger SPG are the result of scientific precision. They also possess another key difference - they are in fact humanoid robotic lifeforms in the shape of young girls, scientifically known as gynoids.
